Description
I was walking our dogs before work and there's a dead tree near the creek along the road that seems to be the favourite spot for all of the birds. As I was getting closer to it, I noticed a bird and thought it was a Northern Flicker, I didn't get a good look at first, but kept walking. As we got closer, I could see it better and it definitely wasn't a Northern Flicker, but what I believe to be a Coopers Hawk. I didn't want to walk any closer, as I didn't want to disturb it, I snapped some photos from where I stopped with our dogs, then turned around and headed back home. Such a beautiful bird.
